2025 ICBA CAPITAL SUMMIT

Thank you to the Michigan community bankers who joined us on Capitol Hill, advocating on behalf of our nation's community banks. Our visit was focused on the ACRE Act, the statutory repeal of the Section 1071 rules, providing input on stable coin legislation, taxation of credit unions with $1 billion or more in assets, restricting the sale of trigger leads and support for a Farm Bill that would assist agricultural customers while opposing further expansion of the Farm Credit System.
