For over fifty years, the Community Bankers of Michigan (CBM) has been committed to the success of community banks through robust training and educational opportunities; focused lobbying and advocacy efforts at both the state and national levels; and partnering with best-in-class product and service providers to help Michigan community banks grow and succeed.

Dues paying member banks help sustain us in carrying out our mission, and any bank headquartered in Michigan is eligible for membership. Member banks also support CBM through attending events such as training and compliance activities, participation in the Community Bankers PAC, and through the use of superior products and services offered through the CBM. Robust membership keeps the association vibrant and in the best possible position to support your bank in every way we can.

As an essential part of our communities, every community bank in Michigan plays a crucial role in ensuring their whole community thrives. With participation from all community banks, we can enhance our support for each other. We genuinely hope you will consider joining CBM so we can collaborate further to help your bank remain successful. Please reach out to us if you would like to discuss membership at 517-336-4430.
