Event Policy

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be received within 5 or more business days prior to an educational program.  If a cancellation is received after this time, credit to a future program can be arranged. Refunds are not provided for cancellations or absences, which occur on the day of the program.  Attendee substitutions are welcome at any time.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images:  Registration and attendance or participation in CBM meetings and events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to CBM’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, video, electronic reproductions and audio recordings of such events and activities.
