Jeff Lumpp

Jeff Lumpp is a seasoned financial and insurance executive with a proven track record of strategic leadership and market growth. He began his career at Fifth Third Bank in 2006, where he held progressive roles within Credit and finance, ultimately serving as Regional CFO. For the past 10 years, Jeff has led Hylant’s West Michigan sales and operations as Market President, transforming the region into a key contributor to the firm’s overall performance.

Jeff also brings governance expertise through his service on the boards of two for profit organizations: Union Bank and Rapid Line, a West Michigan-based metal fabrication firm.

His commitment to community impact is reflected in his extensive nonprofit involvement. Jeff serves on the boards of Hope Network, John Ball Zoo, Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce, Davenport University Foundation, and Michigan Ballet Academy. He is a founding member of 100 Businesses That Care, a philanthropic initiative that has donated over $400,000 to local nonprofits in the past 5 years.

Additionally, Jeff has contributed to higher education as an adjunct professor at the University of Findlay, where he taught in the past.

Jeff graduated with a finance degree from Michigan State University and received his executive MBA in strategic management from Davenport University. Jeff since received the recognition of being one of the elite members of the annual distinguished alumni award winners in 2022, as well as received the Grand Rapids Business Journals top 40 under 40 award recipients in both 2018 and 2020.
