Build Credibility. Inspire Confidence. Drive Positive Change

The Career Excellence Series is a virtual training series designed for community bankers who may not hold formal management roles but have the potential to shape culture, guide peers, and influence decisions within their organizations.

This program focuses on building core professional skills, such as communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and strategic insight, that empower participants to lead from their current role. Through engaging sessions, peer discussions, and real-world scenarios, attendees will explore how to develop presence, earn trust, and contribute meaningfully to their institutions' success.

Whether you’re a future leader, subject matter expert, or someone others naturally turn to, this series is for those who want to elevate their impact and become intentional influencers in their workplace.

This virtual training series is designed for convenience and flexibility. Each session in the Career Excellence Series will be held monthly and will last 90 minutes, providing focused, interactive learning without taking you away from your day-to-day responsibilities. Bankers can register for individual sessions aligned with their interests or enroll in the full series for a more comprehensive development experience. Join from anywhere and grow your influence one session at a time.
