The following steps will help ensure that you continue to receive pertinent information about upcoming webinars and the necessary information should you register.
- Please be sure your email system accepts (and does not reject) mail from the following email addresses: @e.financialedinc.com and @financialedinc.com.
- Add this e-mail address to your contacts folder and “safe senders” list. If you have an IT department, please forward this information to them so that the webinar information and instructions are not blocked by your firewall or spam filter.
- When you register for a "Live" webinar, you will receive an e-mail the day of the webinar directing you to your user portal at https://financialedinc.com where you may get access to your live webinar link and the handouts. The link to the live webinar is visible a half hour prior to the scheduled webinar start time.
- When you register for an “On-Demand" recorded webinar, you will receive an e-mail directing you to your user portal at https://financialedinc.com when the recording is made available 2 business days after the live webinar has aired. On-Demand webinars contain an audio/visual recording of the live webinar broadcast, including question and answer sessions. Both Live and On-Demand Webinar purchases include a PDF file of the handouts and the speaker’s email address allowing you to reach out with any follow up questions you may have.
- The original purchaser may share the Live or On-Demand webinar with any colleagues at their institution from the user portal. All users who purchase or receive a share of an On-Demand webinar will have indefinite access to the recorded version.
- If you pay by credit card, your statement will show Financial Education & Development, Inc. as the merchant name or transaction description.
