As a member of Keystone Agency Partners, which writes $8 billion in premiums, we have access to a very large number of insurance carriers which helps provide competitive quotes for commercial Property, General Liability, Auto Liability, Workers Compensation, Umbrella,, Cyber Liability, Directors & Officers, Employment Practices, Fiduciary Liability, and Trade Credit insurance. We have a very defined, proactive renewal process that starts with a strategy meeting six months prior to renewal. Our claims department serves as our client's advocate throughout the claims process and works directly with the insurance company to expedite claim payments.
Our Employer Health Benefits team serves our clients with a dedicated, experienced service team which has access to a wide variety of insurance carriers. Our In-house benefits coordinators respond to you and your employees, serve as your advocate with every claim, makes sure the insurance company pays your claim as quickly as possible, explain coverage and make sure the insurance company is meeting their obligations. Walton’s employer resource center, Walton Engage, provides your HR and Benefits Administration portal. Our Client Resources portal provides access to resources for Compliance, LMS, Employee Notice, Employee Handbook. For organizations with 50-500 enrolled employees, Walton’s OptiPlan is a great fit for employers considering a self-funding arrangement. For Medicare Plans, we can provide professional insights about your options. We also provide life insurance as an employee benefit which can be an important retention tool for your business.
