Community Bankers for Compliance (CBC) Program

Membership to the CBC Program is in addition to a current CBM membership. A basic CBC membership includes four individual class sessions, continuing education credits or CRCM credit and the benefits described below.

Community banks can enroll in the Community Bankers for Compliance program throughout the year.  More than half of Michigan community banks participate in this cost-effective, comprehensive compliance program, experiencing these valuable benefits:

Quarterly Seminars

A compliance seminar is provided each quarter. Each seminar begins with a Regulatory Update. The main topic will cover the more recent industry and regulatory developments which impact community banks. Seminars will be offered in-person and virtually. The CBC program provides valuable opportunities to network with other compliance officers from community banks around Michigan.

Monthly Compliance Update Newsletters

The Compliance Update newsletter is sent via e-mail to keep program members up-to-date with the latest news on regulatory and compliance issues.

Compliance Hotline
